The Lonely Child!

The lonely child, with her open eyes,
Looks at the moon, and searches the sky!
She longs for her toy, she longs for the joy,
She longs for the hug, she innocently ploy.
It’s not her fault that life has taken this turn
And she has become the butter well churned!
But she has to fight, she has to survive,
She has to overcome her every fright!
She has dreams and she has the desires
She has the imagination out of your lair
She is never alone as the loneliness is her friend
She is not weak as in her tears lies her strength!
One day the world will be hers and the life she desires
One day the dreams will take the shape she conspires!
But then the present is what that really matters
For she only hopes her dreams doesn’t shatter
So the days pass with a passing thought
Every day in her life she has only fought
And today she’s young with mind matured
She has her verve with freedom assured
But she still longs the love, which was never hers
She still long for the trance, her tears blur!
