And I opened my eyes in the new light
Just wanted to hold something really tight
For my face had shades of Joy and Fear
For I wanted to understand all I hear
And then comes a lady smiling at me
All the time lovingly eyeing at me
She picked me up and embraced me as a dear toy
She told me that I am her bundle of joy
She taught me life, she taught me love
She made me strong to face the world
I felt the heaven in her arms
She protected me from all the harm
Today on this day I want her to know
It’s only because of you I glow
For life changes and so everyone
But for me Mamma you are the only one
For the time I live till the time I die
It will be only your Spirit in my eye
